Welcome to ScaleSnap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (scalesnap.in) and our content writing services. By using our website or hiring us for any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ScaleSnap

ScaleSnap is an AI-powered content writing service operated by Nooralam Shaikh, based in Mumbai, India. We provide blog writing, social media content, and email sequence services to founders, coaches, and small businesses.

2. Our Services

We currently offer three main services:

• AI Blog Posts — SEO-optimised blog content (500–1500 words)
• Social Media Content — captions, hooks, and hashtags for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Email Sequences — welcome, nurture, and sales email flows

Our service plans, deliverables, and pricing are listed transparently on the Pricing section of our website.

3. How Orders Work

Step 1: You place an order

You can hire us either through our contact form, by paying through one of our Razorpay links, or by ordering on our Fiverr profile.

Step 2: We send a brief

Within 24 hours, we send you a short brief to understand your business, target audience, brand voice, and project goals.

Step 3: We deliver

Most content is delivered within 48 hours. Larger packages (Growth and Agency plans) may take up to 5 business days.

Step 4: You review

You review the content and request changes if needed. Revisions are included in every plan.

4. Payment Terms

All our plans are paid monthly, in advance, before work begins. We accept:

• UPI transfer to shaikhnoor78692@okhdfcbank
• Razorpay (credit card, debit card, net banking, wallets)
• Fiverr (for international clients)

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable charges. There are no hidden fees and no setup charges.

5. Revisions Policy

We want you to love your content. That's why all plans include revisions:

• Starter plan: Up to 2 rounds of revisions per piece
• Growth plan: Up to 3 rounds of revisions per piece
• Agency plan: Unlimited revisions

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, the content is considered approved.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Monthly plans

You can cancel your monthly plan anytime. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. You will receive all content already paid for in the current cycle.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• If we fail to deliver content within 7 days of the agreed deadline (without prior notice)
• If the delivered content does not match the agreed brief and we are unable to correct it after 3 revision rounds

Refund requests must be sent to scalesnap.in@gmail.com within 14 days of the issue. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Non-refundable cases

• Change of mind after delivery
• Content already approved or used by you
• Incomplete briefs that delay our work

7. Content Ownership

Once you pay in full for any content piece, full copyright transfers to you. You can publish, edit, repurpose, and sell it freely.

We reserve the right to mention completed projects (without sensitive details) as portfolio samples on scalesnap.in or social media. If you prefer not to be featured, please let us know in writing.

8. Your Responsibilities

To deliver great content, we need your cooperation. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project briefs
• Give clear feedback within 5 business days of receiving content
• Respect the agreed timeline (delays from your side may push our delivery dates)
• Not use our content for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes

9. AI Use Disclosure

ScaleSnap uses AI tools as part of our content creation workflow. Every piece is reviewed, edited, and refined by Nooralam Shaikh before delivery. We never deliver raw AI output. Our use of AI lets us offer high-quality content at affordable prices for Indian founders.

10. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, brand strategy, and project details as strictly confidential. We never share or discuss client information with third parties without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

While we put our best effort into every piece, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a guaranteed number of leads, conversions, sales, or search engine rankings. Content effectiveness depends on many factors outside our control, including your business niche, audience, distribution, and market conditions.

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 1 month.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our service to any client who:

• Engages in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior
• Repeatedly fails to make payments on time
• Asks us to create content that is illegal, fraudulent, or violates our values

In such cases, no refund will be issued for work already delivered.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
